1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Gymieq's website, mobile applications, marketplace, or live instructor sessions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Gymieq ("we", "us", "our") provides a live instructor-led fitness platform and an online marketplace for training gear. These terms apply to members, instructors, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before joining live sessions or making purchases.

Instructors must hold recognized certifications (such as NASM, ACE, or RYT) and complete our onboarding process before hosting live sessions.

3. Live training platform

Gymieq is built around live instructor connection. Members join scheduled group classes or private 1-on-1 sessions led by certified coaches in real time.

You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate space, equipment, and internet connectivity to participate safely. Consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.

• All workouts on Gymieq are instructor-led live sessions — not standalone pre-recorded libraries.
• Instructors set their own schedules for group and private sessions.
• We may suspend accounts that violate community standards or misuse the platform.

4. Marketplace & orders

Products listed on the Gymieq Marketplace may include variants such as size, color, length, or weight. You must select all required options before adding an item to your bag.

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities based on available stock.

Order confirmation is subject to payment verification. Your Gymieq tracking ID (e.g. GQ-XXXX) is provided after checkout for order status lookup.

5. Payments

Marketplace checkout is processed through Paystack. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable shipping and tax.

Promo codes are subject to eligibility rules, minimum subtotals, and expiration. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not harass instructors, members, or Gymieq staff during live sessions or support channels.
• Do not attempt to circumvent payment, stock limits, or promo restrictions.
• Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute platform content without permission.
• Do not use Gymieq for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful code.

7. Intellectual property

Gymieq branding, platform design, and original content are owned by Gymieq or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without written consent.

Instructors retain rights to their own programming and coaching methods but grant Gymieq a license to display session listings and promotional materials on the platform.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Fitness activities carry inherent risk. Gymieq does not guarantee specific fitness outcomes. Instructors are independent professionals; their advice does not replace medical care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gymieq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, live sessions, or marketplace purchases.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
